General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 567tv ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 567tv website, mobile interface, and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotional offers, and customer support.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 567tv platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 567tv platform.

567tv reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any bonus-specific or promotion-specific terms, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to that promotion or bonus only.

Age Restriction & Eligibility

Access to the 567tv platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The 567tv platform is not available to persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person. Corporate entities may not register a player account.

• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 567tv platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party.

567tv reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any time where the platform has reasonable grounds to verify a player's age or identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Acceptable identity documents include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and driving licences issued by the relevant authorities in Bangladesh. 567tv may request additional supporting documents, including proof of address, where required for enhanced due-diligence purposes.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 567tv services, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are required to keep this information up to date at all times.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 567tv platform. Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, the same device, the same payment method, or through any other means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 567tv will:

• Close all accounts associated with the individual without prior notice.
• Void all bets placed and cancel all pending withdrawals from duplicate accounts.
• Forfeit any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings held across all associated accounts.
• Retain the right to recover any amounts previously withdrawn that were funded by bonus abuse or duplicate account activity.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 567tv account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 567tv will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 567tv support immediately at [email protected].

567tv reserves the right to refuse an account registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Registration does not guarantee continued access to the platform; your account may be suspended or closed at any time in accordance with these Terms.

Deposits & Withdrawals

567tv supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the 567tv platform.

Deposits

• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to clear.
• 567tv does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 567tv accepts no responsibility.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are set by payment method and displayed during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where operationally possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• Identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. 567tv may request additional verification for subsequent withdrawals where warranted.
• Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.
• 567tv reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal while identity verification or fraud-prevention checks are conducted. Players will be notified of any delay affecting their withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may not be cancelled once submitted for processing. Players are advised to confirm all withdrawal details before submitting.

Bonuses & Promotions

567tv periodically offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds issued by 567tv are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the total value of the bonus (or, in some cases, the bonus plus the qualifying deposit) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 18 and above who have completed the identity verification process.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — whether through duplicate accounts or any other means — constitutes bonus abuse.
• Bonus funds must be used within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed from the account balance at the end of the stated validity period.
• 567tv reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where there is evidence of abuse or technical error.
• Where a player withdraws their real-money balance before meeting applicable wagering requirements, any associated bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
• Games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when a bonus is active. Placing bets above the stated maximum bet while a bonus is in play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

If you believe a game outcome has been settled incorrectly, you must raise the dispute with 567tv customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game session. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 567tv platform — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other markets — are governed by the specific sports betting rules applicable to each market. Key principles include:

• Bets are void if a match is abandoned before the minimum play requirement for that market has been met, unless the specific market rules provide otherwise.
• In-play bets accepted after a material event (such as a wicket falling in cricket or a goal being scored in football) are settled on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted by the platform, provided the bet was placed in good faith.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 567tv platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of funds held within it.

You Must Not:

• Register or operate more than one account on the 567tv platform.
• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point when information is requested by the platform.
• Use the platform if you are under the age of 18, or knowingly allow a person under the age of 18 to access the platform using your account.
• Use any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engage in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engage in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
• Attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings derived from known software errors are void and must be returned.
• Use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. 567tv maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required.
• Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 567tv staff or other players via any channel, including customer support chat and email.
• Attempt to access the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, or use a virtual private network (VPN) or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions.

Account Suspension & Closure

567tv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity on the account.
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.
• A player is found to be, or is suspected to be, under the minimum age of 18.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A player is identified on a national or international self-exclusion or problem gambling register.
• Non-compliance with 567tv's anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 567tv account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, 567tv will process the closure within 3 business days, provided that there are no pending investigations, open disputes, or pending withdrawal transactions on the account. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification being complete and no outstanding suspicious activity flags on the account.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling habits are causing you concern, 567tv strongly encourages you to make use of the platform's self-exclusion facility. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is active, your account will be suspended and you will not be permitted to register a new account for the duration of the exclusion period. Effect of Account Closure

Upon closure of a player account — whether voluntary or at the initiative of 567tv — the following consequences apply:

• All open bets will be settled in accordance with applicable game and sports betting rules and the resulting net balance calculated.
• All bonus balances and pending bonus offers will be cancelled and forfeited.
• Any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the conditions described above and subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to 567tv.
• The player's access to the 567tv platform will be revoked permanently or for the duration of the suspension, as applicable.
